Shipping
We give your jewelry its finishing touches, then pack it up and send it your way. Orders typically arrive within 7-9 business days. Personalized pieces need an additional 3-4 business days for customization before shipping.
U.S. orders: Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Express shipping is available for $3.95. Available shipping options and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.
International orders: Orders outside the U.S. may incur additional duties, taxes, or tariffs. Customers are responsible for any additional charges. Shipping rates and any free shipping threshold vary by destination. Your options will be shown at checkout.
Additional Shipping Details
- PO Box Addresses: Standard and expedited shipping cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Refund
We hope you love your piece. If something isn’t quite right email care@bentior.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with packaging and tags included. Earrings, personalized pieces, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm your refund within 2-3 business days of arrival.
