30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
• The item is unused and unworn
• All original packaging and tags are included
• The item is in its original condition

• (Optional) Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final Sale items
• Gift cards
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service
• Bentior is not responsible for returns lost in transit
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on eligibility and item condition.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after approval.
3-Year Warranty
All Bentior jewelry is covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers:
• Faulty craftsmanship
• Broken clasps or chains due to manufacturing defects
• Stone setting issues caused by production faults
This warranty does not cover:
• Natural wear over time, including minor scratches, fading, or tarnishing from regular use
• Accidental damage or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or unauthorized repairs

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or store credit where appropriate.
