Shipping

Processing time

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully handcraft your custom item with your photo, so please allow 4-6 working days for our team to handcraft and dispatch your order.

Shipping time

Immediately after your item is dispatched, we will send you a shipping notification with your tracking number.  Please allow 3-6 working days for your order to be safely delivered to your hands.

Shipping is FREE for all orders above 35£. For orders below £35, shipping has a small cost of £2.95.

After your item has been shipped you will receive an email with all the tracking information. You can also track your order directly on our website tracking page.

Please allow a few days for your order to be processed as all of our items are handcrafted and uniquely personalized for each customer.

PRODUCT

Your image should be quite easy to see. Just make sure the image uploaded is high-quality. If you upload an image that is not high quality, we are not responsible if your photo turns out blurry. 

If you have questions regarding if your photo is of quality please reach out to our team and we will let you know!

We recommend avoiding the photo necklaces & bracelets from any contact with water, to help preserve the picture inside.

Please take your necklaces and bracelets off before going into the shower, as it may damage the picture inside.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product we unfortunately don't accept returns for custom items. For damaged custom items, we can refund you or send you a new item. 

Damaged Items include:

  • markings/spots on your photo that weren't on your uploaded photo
  • damaged or defective gem

Damaged items do not include:

  • Blurry images caused from a low resolution photo uploaded
  • Items with no visible markings/spots
  • cropped images if the cropping matches the preview on our website. We provide a preview feature on our website, allowing all customers to see exactly how the images will be cropped before adding it to their cart
