Processing time

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully handcraft your custom item with your photo, so please allow 4-6 working days for our team to handcraft and dispatch your order.

Shipping time

Immediately after your item is dispatched, we will send you a shipping notification with your tracking number.  Please allow 3-6 working days for your order to be safely delivered to your hands.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free for all orders over CAD 55. For orders below CAD 55, shipping has a small cost of CAD 3.95.
