Processing time

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully handcraft your custom item with your photo, so please allow 4-6 working days for our team to handcraft and dispatch your order.

Shipping time

Immediately after your item is dispatched, we will send you a shipping notification with your tracking number.  Please allow 3-6 working days for your order to be safely delivered to your hands.

Due to overwhelming demand, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free for all orders over £40. For orders below £40, shipping has a small cost of £2.95.
